COOPER JORDAN
Cooper is an Actor, Producer and Entertainment Professional, specifically for NYC and Orlando, FL. While Cooper has a large background in other cities, such as Boston, his residences exist in New York & Florida as that is where his fulfillment's lye. Although, Cooper is open to working anywhere in the world in the entertainment field.
At the age of just nine years, Cooper had demanded his parents send him to "The Fame High School" when the time came. Well, when the time came, his parents of course refused to send him to New York to live alone until he was at least eighteen. So the closest thing to the real Fame High School would have to suffice for the eager fourteen year-old. He was sent to Walnut Hill; one of only three private boarding high schools for the arts in the country. In addition to feeding his main passion by studying Theater everyday in Natick, Massachusetts, he was also passionate about Event planning and producing. But what he was and is still most passionate about is the horror genre. These intertwining passions all culminated in him creating the school's very first Halloween Spooktacular Event entitled "Live Your Scream on the Hill" which contained four theatrical and interactive haunted attractions for the community's enjoyment. After the six months of planning this Event with his of talented colleagues, the night was a huge hit! So of course, from that point on it was clear to Cooper and everyone who knew him, that theater and horror were two passions that would not die out fast, no pun intended.
At the end of his time at Walnut Hill, Cooper was one of the youngest students to be accepted to Circle in the Square Theatre School on Broadway where he later attended. After graduating Walnut Hill, the time had finally come for him to move from Boston to New York to live his dream.
And since moving to New York City, Cooper has worked as an actor for Blood Manor: New York's Premier Haunted Attraction and as a Producer for Times Scare's Off-Broadway Theater. He is both humbled and elated to be called one of New York Theater's youngest up and coming Producers. Though his first love is acting, producing comes in a close second.
Cooper has appeared in national and regional commercials and concerts at Carnegie Hall, Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center, and The Triad on 72nd St. Cooper has recently played in GRIMM: A New Musical (NYC Fringe Festival 2012), Shakespeare's Titus Andronicus at the Chernuchin Theater and also in Kander & Ebb's Cabaret at Circle in the Square Theater. Last year, Cooper worked on a new project with Ben Vereen. He was most recently playing the Prince and a StepSister in Cinderella in the Circle in the Square Children's Theater 2012/13 Season.
Cooper has just finished producing the first NYC Workshop and Industry Night of The Rat Pack UnDead: A Concert Parody of the Boys in Times Square and is gearing up for booking its first Halloween Season Tour for this Sept & Oct.
